Long Beach City Council Flag Ceremony

Three group members attended the Long Beach City Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 to lead the pledge of allegiance. Anna Guilford, Ariana Black, Shannon Wynne led the flag salute at the start of the meeting and then were presented with a proclamation from the Mayor of Long Beach, Bob Foster, commemorating Camp Fire USA's 99th Birthday. The group presented a birthday cake to the mayor and city council. And Councilwoman Gerrie Schipske thanked Camp Fire for its youth programs.
